The application must be accompanied by documents confirming the circumstances set out therein, compliance with the admissibility requirements, and, where applicable, the legal authority of the representative.
These requirements are set out in Article 44 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On the Constitutional Court”.
