Tbilisi, 3 November – Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Georgia Talgat Aduov paid a courtesy call on Apostolic Nuncio to Georgia Ante Jozić.
The Apostolic Nuncio congratulated the Ambassador of Kazakhstan on his appointment. The two sides then discussed cultural and interreligious engagement, as well as joint efforts by Kazakhstan and the Vatican to strengthen peace and harmony, highlighting the role of the Congress of Leaders of World and Traditional Religions, held regularly in Kazakhstan.
The interlocutors emphasised the importance of further strengthening cooperation and discussed prospects for jointly implementing cultural projects in Georgia.
Ante Jozić, who is also accredited as Apostolic Nuncio to Armenia, has served as Dean of the Diplomatic Corps since September 2024, facilitating engagement between the diplomatic corps and the host country.
