Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev delivered a Message to the people of Kazakhstan entitled "Urgent tasks of Kazakhstan in a new historical cycle," in which he outlined the main directions of the country's socio-economic development, domestic and foreign policy, as well as clear guidelines for the future. Residents of our region took the President's Message with great interest.
The President noted that all historical transformations in the life of the country are taking place before the eyes of the people.
The Head of State proposed declaring next year the Year of Nationwide Large-scale Construction. He stressed that citizens should be provided with a full-fledged social infrastructure, and Kazakhstan should turn into a large-scale construction site. It is necessary to start and intensify mass construction in all regions of the country. The President emphasized that the Constitution defines improving the welfare of the people as a strategic priority of the state. All these initiatives are being implemented for the benefit of the country, primarily for the well-being of the younger generation.
The President also focused on a number of important areas: creating a unified logistics network connecting all regions of Kazakhstan; integrating the country into global production chains through the formation of reserves of rare and non-ferrous metals; introducing artificial intelligence technologies into agriculture; improving the system for attracting investors and comprehensively supporting their activities; adopting a new Civil Code; raising the minimum wage from 85 thousand to 110 thousand tenge.
"Kassym-Jomart Kemelevich emphasized that several airports are being built in the country at the same time, including the reconstruction of the airport in Arkalyk. Kostanay region is one of the dynamically developing regions of the country. I am confident that the tasks set by the President will give a new impetus to the development of not only our state, but also our region. We will continue to work consistently in this direction," said Akim of Kostanay region Kumar Aksakalov.
