35th anniversary of independence of Tajikistan celebrated in Almaty

Almaty, September 28, 2026 - Ambassador-at-Large – Head of the Representative Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Almaty, Zhanibek Abdrashov, participated and delivered a welcoming speech at the official reception of the Consulate General of Tajikistan on the occasion of the celebration of the 35th anniversary of independence of the Republic of Tajikistan. In his speech, Zh. Abdrashov noted the high level of Kazakh-Tajik relations, highlighting active political dialogue, strengthening of cultural and humanitarian cooperation, as well as the importance of trade, economic, and investment ties. In conclusion, the diplomat expressed confidence in the further deepening of friendly and mutually beneficial cooperation between Kazakhstan and Tajikistan.
