The appeals of the residents were considered at a personal reception

Today, the region's akim Murat Ergeshbayev held a reception for citizens who had registered in order of priority on personal matters.
The issues raised by visitors mainly concerned social support, housing, drinking water supply, and employment.
A resident of the Sayakhat microdistrict focused on problems related to drinking water, gas and electrical networks, as well as roads. Currently, design and survey work is underway to develop design and estimate documentation for gas and drinking water.
The project for connecting electrical networks has been developed and has received a positive state expert review conclusion. Funds have been allocated for construction and installation work, and a contractor has been selected. The work is being carried out in stages. As part of the project, the electrical network will also be connected to T. Bulgakuly Street. It is worth noting that last year asphalt was laid on this street by RiA Service LTD LLP.
At the reception, a resident of the city with a first-degree disability spoke about difficulties getting to his workplace and asked for help. The issue will be considered within the framework of the law, and appropriate support will be provided.
A resident of the Bayterek microdistrict requested improvement of his housing conditions. He joined the waiting list in 2005, and in 2019 received a land plot in Bayterek. On this plot, he built a temporary summer structure. However, the work has not been fully completed, and living conditions have not been created. In accordance with the appeal, the option of repairing the summer structure will be considered, and appropriate assistance will be provided.
Comprehensive explanations were given on the issues raised by the citizens who came to the reception, and the heads of relevant departments were instructed to resolve them within the framework of the law and take the necessary measures.
