In educational organizations of the East Kazakhstan Region, the traditional work of the vacation school aimed at improving teachers' professional qualifications begins during the autumn school holidays. One of the key events in this area was a regional online seminar for primary school teachers, organized within the framework of the section 'Preparation for MODEO, PISA and intermediate assessment'.
The purpose of the seminar: to improve the professional competence of primary school teachers and methodologists, to exchange effective methods and practical experience in developing students' functional literacy (reading, mathematical and scientific), as well as to provide quality preparation of students for the Monitoring of Educational Achievements of Students (MODEO).
During the seminar, the best primary school teachers of the Education Department of the Bolshenarymsky District (Ulken Naryn) shared their best practices: G.T. Myrzakanova, G.K. Ualkanova, A.B. Nurmukhambetova, A.E. Beisekina, N.S. Ibraimova and A. Nursaparova.
This event became an important professional platform for discussing ways to improve the functional literacy of primary school students and effective methods of preparation for the state monitoring of education quality (MODEO).
