On October 29, 2026, a regional seminar was held for English language teachers of the Glubokoye and Ulansky districts, as well as the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk.
Partner support in organizing the seminar was provided by the international publisher Oxford University Press, which presented the relevant topics «Assessment for Learning: Making Assessment Work for Everyone» and « Inspiring Better Writing: Practical Approaches for the English Classroom».
The keynote speaker was international PhD Leyla Masmaliyeva, who presented modern educational methods aimed at harmoniously combining theory and practice, and shared advanced pedagogical experience.
During the seminar, special attention was paid to assessment, as well as to the use of digital platforms and tools that help increase student engagement.
At the end of the event, a feedback session was held. Participants were awarded certificates.
