The Department of the Penal Enforcement System for Aktobe Region Summarized the Results of Its Work for the Third Quarter of 2026
On October 19, 2026, an operational meeting was held at the Department of the Penal Enforcement System for Aktobe Region to review the results of its official activities for the first nine months of 2026.
The meeting was attended by the Head of the Department, Colonel of Justice Sh. Yesenkeldiyev; Commander of Military Unit No. 6655 of the National Guard, Colonel E. B. Ipatov; Director of the Republican State Enterprise “Enbek-Zhaiyk,” A. M. Mirzabadalov; Chairman of the Veterans’ Society S. A. Baigambetov; Deputy Heads of the Department; heads of structural divisions; heads of Institutions No. 8, 9 and 70 and their deputies; as well as heads of departments and services.
During the meeting, the results of official activities were reviewed and priority areas for further work were identified. Particular attention was paid to ensuring compliance with the established regime in correctional institutions, strengthening service discipline, personnel management, and preventing prohibited items from entering the institutions.
Following the meeting, specific instructions were issued to the heads of divisions to address the identified shortcomings and improve the effectiveness of official activities.
