Intheperiod fromOctober12 to October 14,2026, theEducationalandMethodological Center,together withtheDepartmentofPersonal Income Administrationof the Ministry ofFinanceof the Republic ofKazakhstan,heldaremote seminar onthetopic: "Amendmentstothe new Tax Codeof theRepublicofKazakhstan on universal declaration."
Thepurposeof theevent istoexplainthemain goalsofuniversal declaration aimed at ensuring fair taxation, effective controlofpersonal income and reducingthelevelof theshadow economy. The seminarwasattendedbyemployeesof theterritorial state revenue authorities.
A lecturewas given to theseminarparticipantsviatheZOOM platform, during whichthelecturer was:
- Lazzat ImangeldievnaMurzagalieva– Deputy Headof the Department ofPersonal Income Administrationof the State Duma of the Ministry ofFinanceof the Republic ofKazakhstan;
- Gulden Seitakhmetovna Khasenova istheChief Expertof the Department ofPersonal Income Administrationof the State Duma of the Ministry ofFinanceof the Republic ofKazakhstan.
The participantsof theseminar askedthelecturers questions, to which comprehensive answerswere given.
Attheendof theseminar,176 participants received certificates of successful professional development.
