In accordance with Order No. Б-212 of the Deputy Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market dated September 25, 2026, the license of "Tencor Securities" JSC (formerly "Tengri Partners Investment Banking (Kazakhstan)" JSC) to carry out activities on the securities market has been reissued due to the change of name of the legal entity-licensee.
