An audit of the activities of the KGP at Ulan-Vet PCV revealed violations of labor and budget legislation, accounting rules, as well as labor protection requirements.
In particular, illegal payroll, unjustified bonuses for employees, uncertain payments, fictitious travel expenses and violations in the implementation of the OSVV program (trapping, sterilization, vaccination and return of animals) were revealed.
In addition, the facts of the failure to provide personnel with personal protective equipment and the admission to work of persons who had not completed mandatory safety training were revealed, which posed a real threat to the life and health of employees.
The total amount of damage to the state amounted to 11.3 million tenge.
According to the act of prosecutor's supervision, 5 officials were brought to disciplinary responsibility and 2 managers to administrative responsibility.
To date, 5.5 million tenge has already been reimbursed to the state's income.
Work continues to recover the remaining amount and fully restore the rule of law.
