According to the Rules for the provision of public services "Registration or re-registration of periodicals, news agencies and online publications", approved by Order No. 101 of the Minister of Information and Public Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 2, 2020, the application is accepted and the result of the provision of public services is issued only through the E-Licensing portal. To register a mass media outlet, you must fill out a standard application form on the E-Licensing portal and attach a document confirming payment of the fee for registering a mass media outlet.
