On March 5, 2026, a seminar was held at the site of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs "Atameken" (hereinafter NPP "Atameken") with the participation of a member of the Board of NPP "Atameken", Deputy Chairman of the Board Timur Zharkenov, Director of the Department of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan Shaimakhanov Nurlybek, Deputy Chairman of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan Seilzhan Akhmetov, as well as heads of specialized departments of the SRC.

The event was held in the format of a videoconference and brought together more than 300 entrepreneurs from all regions of the country.

The main topic of the meeting was the explanation of the special "Clean Slate" mechanism introduced for micro and small businesses.

During the seminar, representatives of the SRC spoke in detail about the objectives and the procedure for applying this mechanism. It was noted that the "Clean Slate" is part of a set of measures taken by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan to ensure macroeconomic stability and support businesses during the period of tax changes.

The entrepreneurs were also shown an explanatory video, which clearly shows how the mechanism works and what opportunities it provides to small businesses.

As the representatives of the SRC emphasized, the measures being implemented are aimed at creating more comfortable conditions for doing business. It will be easier for entrepreneurs to adapt to the new rules of tax administration provided for by the updated Tax Code, and the administrative burden on obligations of previous periods will decrease.

Following the meeting, the participants noted the importance of an open dialogue between government agencies and the business community and expressed their willingness to continue constructive cooperation.
