On June 30, 2026, in the city of Aktobe, the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, together with the Mybuh.kz expert community, held an open seminar for business representatives, the accounting community, and taxpayers as part of the "People's Accountant" information and outreach campaign.

The event served as another platform for open dialogue between state revenue authorities and the business community. Its primary objective was to help taxpayers understand recent changes to tax legislation and to provide practical clarifications and answers to the most pressing questions regarding the application of the new Tax Code.

During the seminar, participants were briefed in detail on key changes to tax legislation, improvements in tax administration, and the State Revenue Committee’s modern digital tools. Particular attention was paid to the development of electronic services, new features of the Taxpayer’s Cabinet and the electronic invoice information system, as well as digital solutions designed to simplify tax compliance and automate tax reporting.

The practical segment of the seminar took the form of an open discussion, allowing participants to ask questions about specific situations encountered in the course of business operations and to receive necessary clarifications from state revenue agency officials and invited experts.

Holding such events helps improve tax literacy, foster a uniform understanding of the provisions of the new Tax Code, and strengthen constructive interaction between the state and the business community.
