Job Title:
chief specialist of the state institution "Department of Land Relations, Architecture and Urban Planning of the Zhaksynsky District," E-R-4 (Position status: Vacant)
Functional responsibilities:
Timely executes documents of higher authorities. Compiles reporting data to the regional akimat and other organizations. Prepares documents for receiving architectural planning assignment. Works on filling in the state database "Address Register." Conducts expertise and preparation of resolutions for the use of land plots for construction. It provides public services. Records written and oral statements, appeals of individuals and legal entities. Ensures high-quality and timely entry of data on the appeal of persons into the E-utinish information system. Performs other duties according to the job description.
Education requirement:
Higher education, technical and vocational education, postgraduate education, post-secondary education, secondary technical education, vocational education: architecture and construction, standardization and certification (by industry).
Experience requirements:
higher or postgraduate education or post-secondary or technical and vocational education;
work experience is not required.
