Job Title:
chief specialist-accountant of the public utility institution "Department of housing and communal services, passenger transport and highways of the Zhaksyn region," E-R-4 (Position status: Vacant)
Functional responsibilities:
Keeps accounting records, records of transactions conducted through the district department of the Treasury. Provides targeted use of budget funds. Draws up a budget request for the fiscal year. Draws up financial documentation, monthly quarterly and annual reports on time, monitors settlements with the budget and the delivery of tax returns, monitors the safety of material assets. Organizes and conducts public procurement tenders. Performs other duties according to the job description.
Education requirement:
Higher education, technical and vocational education, postgraduate education, post-secondary education, secondary technical education, vocational education: economics, finance, accounting and auditing
Experience requirements:
higher or postgraduate education or post-secondary or technical and vocational education;
work experience is not required.
