Chief accountant of the state institution "Apparatus of the Akim of the Kyzylsay Rural District of the Zhaksyn District" category "E-G-3", 1 unit.
Main functional responsibilities:
Conducts work on the functioning of the State Planning System in the rural district (village), on the development of the Forecast of socio-economic development of the rural district (village), develops the main directions of the fiscal policy of the rural district (village) and the draft budget of the rural district (village) for a three-year period, draft documents to clarify the budget, ensures adjustment and clarification of the budget of the rural district of the village. Maintains accounting records and records of transactions carried out through the district Treasury department. Ensures targeted use of budget funds. Prepares financial documentation, monthly and quarterly reports on time, monitors the status of settlements with the budget, and the safety of valuables. Conducts competitions for public procurement of goods, works and services. Performs other duties according to job description. Block B, level 3.
Requirements for competition participants: higher or postgraduate education, or technical and vocational or post-secondary education, in the field of business, management and law (economics or accounting and auditing or finance).
Availability of the following competencies: stress resistance, initiative, responsibility, focus on the consumer of services and his information, integrity, self-development, efficiency, cooperation and interaction, activity management.

Appeal procedure
Filing a complaint about the results of a competition and/or personnel service action (inaction) to the authorized body or its territorial subdivision no later than five working days from the date of publication of the results of the competition is grounds for suspending the competition until the authorized body or its territorial subdivision makes an appropriate decision on the complaint received.
