Functional responsibilities:
Prepares regulatory legal acts on appointment, relocation, dismissal, provision of regular labor leaves. Organizes work on appeals of individuals and legal entities. It provides public services. Keeps primary records of those liable for military service and registration of conscripts. Keeps records of voters in the context of polling stations, reports to the district akimat in a timely manner. Performs other duties according to the job description.
