regarding the draft resolution of the Rudny City Akimat "On Amending Resolution No. 324 of the Akimat of the City of Rudny dated March 6, 2018, “On Establishing a Public Easement for the State Institution ‘Rudny City Construction Department’ of the Akimat of the City of Rudny over a Land Plot for the Construction of a Gas Pipeline to Low-Rise Residential Micro-districts 23, 28, and 29”
The State Institution "Rudny City Department of Land Relations" of the Rudny City Akimat has drafted a resolution of the Rudny City Akimat "On Amending Resolution No. 324 of the Akimat of the City of Rudny dated March 6, 2018, “On Establishing a Public Easement for the State Institution ‘Rudny City Construction Department’ of the Akimat of the City of Rudny over a Land Plot for the Construction of a Gas Pipeline to Low-Rise Residential Micro-districts 23, 28, and 29"
The draft resolution was developed in accordance with paragraph 4 of Article 69 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The draft resolution will not entail negative socio-economic and legal consequences.
The draft resolution is not subject to posting on the Internet portal of open regulatory legal acts.
