To the draft decision of the Rudny City Maslikhat "On Amendments to the Maslikhat Decision of June 30, 2026 No. 292 "On Approval of the Rules for Providing Social Assistance, Determining Its Amounts, and Determining the List of Certain Categories of Citizens in Need"
The Rudny City Employment and Social Programs Department has developed a draft resolution of the Rudny City Maslikhat "On Amendments to the Maslikhat Resolution of June 30, 2026, No. 292 "On Approval of the Rules for Providing Social Assistance, Determining Its Amounts, and Determining the List of Certain Categories of Citizens in Need" (hereinafter referred to as the draft resolution).
The draft decision was developed in accordance with Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local State Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan's Resolution No. 380 dated May 8, 2026, "On Amendments to Certain Decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan."
The draft decision aims to introduce editorial changes to the decision of the Rudny City Maslikhat dated June 30, 2026, No. 292, "On Approval of the Rules for Providing Social Assistance, Determining Its Amounts, and Determining the List of Certain Categories of Citizens in Need." These amendments are necessary to bring the legal act in line with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The draft decision will not have any negative socio-economic or legal consequences.
