To the draft decision of the Rudnensky City Maslikhat "On Amendments to the Maslikhat Decision of September 10, 2021, No. 65 "On Determining the Procedure and Amount of Compensation for Home-Based Education of Children with Disabilities"
The Rudny City Employment and Social Programs Department has developed a draft resolution of the Rudny City Maslikhat "On Amendments to the Maslikhat's Resolution of September 10, 2021, No. 65 "On Determining the Procedure and Amount of Compensation for Home-Based Education for Children with Disabilities" (hereinafter referred to as the draft resolution).
The draft decision was developed in accordance with Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local State Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and Order No. 84 of the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 25, 2021, "On Certain Issues of Providing Public Services in the Social and Labor Spheres".
The draft decision is aimed at making editorial changes to the decision of the Rudny City Maslikhat dated September 10, 2021, No. 65, "On Determining the Procedure and Amount of Compensation for Home-Based Education for Children with Disabilities and Special Needs under an Individualized Educational Plan." These amendments are necessary to bring the legal act in line with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The draft decision will not have any negative socio-economic or legal consequences.
