    Talip Yerzhan Yerkinuly was born in 1989 in Shymkent, South Kazakhstan Region. In 2014, he graduated from Huazhong University of Science and Technology in Wuhan, People's Republic of China, with a degree in Management. In 2016, he graduated from the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia with a degree in Law.
