Talip Erzhan Erkinuly

Talip Yerzhan Yerkinuly was born in 1989 in Shymkent, South Kazakhstan Region.
In 2014, he graduated from Huazhong University of Science and Technology in Wuhan, People's Republic of China, with a degree in Management. In 2016, he graduated from the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia with a degree in Law.

E. Talip began his career in 2014 at Ankor Personal Central Asia LLP as an administrative specialist. Over the years, he worked as a sales manager at the KazTechnics LLP branch, a specialist and chief specialist in the marketing, international relations, organizational work, and strategic planning departments at the Astana Opera State Opera and Ballet Theater, and held the positions of chief manager and head of the investment attraction, development, and analysis department at the Regional Agency for Investment Attraction and Export Development TURKISTANINVEST and JSC Turkestan Social and Entrepreneurial Corporation.
He also held the positions of chief manager of the Economic Analysis and Development Department at the Regional Investment Center Ontustik LLP, and investment attraction manager and director at the Taraz Industrial Zone Management Company LLP.
Since May 2024, he has held senior positions at Zhambyl Invest. In particular, he held the positions of Deputy Director and Director of the Zhambyl Invest Directorate at the Taraz Social and Entrepreneurial Corporation JSC. From August 2025 to the present, he has served as Chairman of the Board of the Zhambyl Invest Limited Liability Partnership.
