Yermekbay Bibigul Yermekovna
Akim of the Pokrovsky rural district
/ Ermekbai Bibigul Ermekovna was born on December 6, 1975 in the village of Zhdanovo in the Vysotsky district of North Kazakhstan region. In 1998, she graduated from the Kazakh State University of International Relations and World Languages named after Abylai Khan in Almaty with a degree in professional international documentarian. In 2008, she graduated from North Kazakhstan State University with a degree in law.
