Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Republic of Cyprus
Born on February 1, 1984, in Almaty. In 2005, he graduated from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University with a degree in Law, specializing in International Law. In 2014, he received a master’s degree in international politics from the European Centre for International and Strategic Research (Brussels, Belgium).
