Biography
Born on February 1, 1984, in Almaty.
In 2005, he graduated from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University with a degree in Law, specializing in International Law.
In 2014, he received a master’s degree in international politics from the European Centre for International and Strategic Research (Brussels, Belgium).
He began his professional career in 2005 as a Referent in the International Law Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2005 to 2008 – Referent, Attaché, Third Secretary, and Second Secretary of the International Law Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2008 to 2009 – Manager of the Corporate Governance Department at the National Atomic Company “Kazatomprom”.
From 2009 to 2012 – Second Secretary, First Secretary, and Counselor of the International Law Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2012 to 2015 – Counselor of the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Kingdom of Belgium.
From 2015 to 2017 – Minister-Counselor of the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Kingdom of Belgium.
From 2017 to 2018 – Deputy Director of the Europe Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From September 2018 to October 2024 – Director of the International Law Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From October 2024 to January 2025 – Ambassador-at-Large of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From January 2025 - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Republic of Cyprus.
