Kairat Sarzhanov – Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Switzerland He was born on February 24, 1967, in the Almaty region. Graduated in 1992 from the Faculty of History of the Lomonosov Moscow State University, and in 1995 from the Diplomatic Academy of the Russian Federation with a degree in international law.
