Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Turkmenistan
Born on July 30, 1967 in Aktobe region. In 1993, graduated from the Gubkin Moscow State Academy of Oil and Gas with a degree in mining engineering. In 1999, graduated from the Kazakh State Academy of Management with a degree in economics. In 2006, graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation with a master's degree. Speaks Turkish and English.
