    Biography

    Born on July 30, 1967 in Aktobe region.

    In 1993, graduated from the Gubkin Moscow State Academy of Oil and Gas with a degree in mining engineering.

    In 1999, graduated from the Kazakh State Academy of Management with a degree in economics.

    In 2006, graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation with a master's degree.

    Speaks Turkish and English.

    Began his career in 1984 as an electrician at the Kandagach station in the Aktobe region.

    1993-1995 held the position of Senior expert, Head of Department and General Director at Gili-Pasker LLP in Moscow.

    From 1995 to 1996, worked as Deputy General Director of SE Otrar Ltd in Almaty.

    In 1996-2006, was a marketing engineer, head of the marketing department for oil and petroleum products sales and General Director of Kazakhturkmunai LLP.

    From February to August 2006, was the Executive Director of JSC NC KazMunaiGas.

    From August 2006 to September 2007, was Director of the Petroleum Industry Department of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

    In 2007-2010 held the position of Deputy Akim (Mayor) of the West Kazakhstan region.

    From 2010 to 2012, was the First Deputy Akim (Mayor)of the West Kazakhstan region.

    In the period from 2012 to 2016, was the Akim (Mayor) of the West Kazakhstan region.

    In 2016-2019 – Akim of Atyrau region.

    In 2019-2021, held the position of Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

    From September 2021 to May 2024, was the Akim (Mayor) of the Mangystau region.

    From June 20, 2024 to the present - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Turkmenistan.
