Structure — Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan

The Committee on Religious Affairs of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as the Committee) is a department of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which regulates religious activities. The Committee carries out its activities in accordance with the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other regulatory legal acts, as well as this Regulation. The Committee is a legal entity in the legal form of a republican state institution, has seals and stamps with its name in the state language, forms of the established sample, , accounts in the treasury in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The Committee enters into civil law relations on its own behalf. The Committee has the right to act as a party to civil law relations on behalf of the state, if it is authorized to do so in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

About the committee The Committee on Youth and Family Affairs of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan was established in 2018 and is a department of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which provides leadership in the areas of state youth and family policy. The mission of the Committee in the formation and effective implementation of state youth and family policies. Tasks of the Committee: 1) participation in the implementation of state youth and family policies; 2) the implementation of leadership and intersectoral coordination in the areas of activity referred to the competence of the Committee.

The Republican State Institution "Committee for Civil Society Affairs of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (hereinafter referred to as the Committee) is an agency of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as the Ministry) that provides leadership in the areas of interaction between the state and civil society, state social order, grants and awards for non–governmental organizations, volunteer activities, the activities of public councils, charity, mediation and internal political stability. The Committee carries out its activities in accordance with the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other regulatory legal acts, as well as this Regulation. The Committee is a legal entity in the organizational and legal form of a republican state institution, has seals and stamps with its name in the state language, forms of the established sample. The Committee enters into civil law relations on its own behalf. The Committee has the right to act as a party to civil law relations on behalf of the State, if it is authorized to do so in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Republican state institution "Committee for the development of interethnic relations of the Ministry of Culture and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" is a Department of the Ministry of Culture and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which provides guidance in the field of State interethnic policy.

The Information Committee is an agency of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan executing regulatory, realizable and supervisory functions and participating in execution of strategic functions of the Ministry in the field of information. The mission of the Committee is to establish and implement the effective national policy in the field of information for the purpose of information and communications complex development. The goals of the Committee: 1) participation in implementation of national policy in the field of mass media, TV and radio broadcasting; 2) execution of public regulation in the field of TV and radio broadcasting and mass media; 3) international cooperation in the field of mass media within its competence in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The State institution of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as the Committee) is an agency of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as the Ministry) that carries out interdepartmental coordination in the fields of culture, protection and use of objects of historical and cultural heritage, cinematography and onomastics. The Committee carries out its activities in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other regulatory legal acts, as well as this Regulation. The Committee is a legal entity in the organizational and legal form of a state institution, has seals and stamps with its name in the state language, forms of the established sample, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan accounts in the treasury bodies. The Committee enters into civil law relations on its own behalf. The Committee has the right to act as a party to civil law relations on behalf of the State, if it is authorized to do so in accordance with the legislation. The Committee on issues of its competence, in accordance with the procedure established by law, makes decisions issued by the orders of the Chairman or the person replacing him. The structure of the Committee is approved by the Minister of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The Committee's activities are financed from the republican budget. The Committee is prohibited from entering into contractual relations with business entities for the performance of duties that are the functions of the Committee. If the Committee is granted the right by legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan to carry out income-generating activities, then the income received from such activities is directed to the state budget income.

The State Institution "Committee for Archives, Documentation and Book Affairs of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (hereinafter referred to as the Committee) is an agency of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as the Ministry) performing the functions assigned to it. The Committee carries out its activities in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and other regulatory legal acts. The Committee is a legal entity in the organizational and legal form of a state institution, has seals and stamps with its name in the state language, forms of the established sample, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan accounts in the treasury bodies. The Committee enters into civil law relations on its own behalf. The Committee has the right to act as a party to civil law relations on behalf of the State, if it is authorized to do so in accordance with the legislation.
