Myrzabekov Marat Salkadinovich - was born on February 11, 1985 in the village of Zhanadarya, Zhalagash district, Kyzylorda region. In 2003 he entered the Kyzylorda State University named after Korkyt Ata with a degree in Construction, in 2007 he received a diploma of a civil engineer. In 2011 he entered Bolashak University with a degree in Jurisprudence and graduated in 2013.

Almatov Rinat Orazalievich was born on June 8, 1988 in the village of Turmaganbet, Karmakshy district, Kyzylorda region. In 2005-2008 he studied at the college at KSU named after Korkyt Ata with a degree in Construction and Operation of Buildings and Structures. In 2009-2010 he served in the military unit No. 6679 in Pavlodar. In 2010-2013 he studied at the Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda State University with a degree in civil engineer.
