Biography
Almatov Rinat Orazalievich was born on June 8, 1988 in the village of Turmaganbet, Karmakshy district, Kyzylorda region.
In 2005-2008 he studied at the college at KSU named after Korkyt Ata with a degree in Construction and Operation of Buildings and Structures.
In 2009-2010 he served in the military unit No. 6679 in Pavlodar.
In 2010-2013 he studied at the Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda State University with a degree in civil engineer.
In 2018-2020 he studied at Bolashak University with a degree in Jurisprudence and received a Bachelor of Law degree.

From 09.01.2020 to the present, he is the head of the department for monitoring the quality of construction and installation works of the State institution Department of State Architectural and Construction Control of the Kyzylorda region.
