Chairman of the Investment Committee of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan
Born in 1981 in the South Kazakhstan Region. In 2003, he graduated from M. Auezov South Kazakhstan State University with a degree in International Relations, and in 2006 from the Karaganda Economic University of Kazpotrebsoyuz with a degree in Economics. In 2014, under the Bolashak International Scholarship Program, he graduated from King’s College London with a degree in Public Administration. In 2019, he obtained an MBA degree from Warwick Business School (United Kingdom).
