    Biography

    Born in 1981 in the South Kazakhstan Region.

    In 2003, he graduated from M. Auezov South Kazakhstan State University with a degree in International Relations, and in 2006 from the Karaganda Economic University of Kazpotrebsoyuz with a degree in Economics. In 2014, under the Bolashak International Scholarship Program, he graduated from King’s College London with a degree in Public Administration. In 2019, he obtained an MBA degree from Warwick Business School (United Kingdom).

    From 2003 to 2016, he worked in the Office of the Akim of the South Kazakhstan Region, the Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

    From 2016 to 2019, he held senior management positions within the structures of Samruk-Kazyna JSC and also served as Adviser to the Minister of Agriculture and to the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

    From 2019 to 2024, he worked at the Investment Committee of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, advancing from Head of Division to Chairman of the Committee.

    In February 2024, he was appointed Deputy Akim of the Kyzylorda Region, where he served until his appointment as Chairman of the Investment Committee of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in June 2026.

    He has been awarded the Order of Kurmet.
