Minister for Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Chingis Arinov was born on October 29, 1983. He has graduated from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, majoring in “International Relations”, from the Kazakh Academy of Labor and Social Relations, majoring in «Law», and from the Academy of Civil Aviation, majoring in «Organization of transportation, movement and operation». Major General of the State Security Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan (May 6, 2022). Lieutenant General (October 2025). Medals: «For the honorable execution of the security of Head of the State» of the second and third degree, «25 years of the State Security Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan», «30 years of Independence of Kazakhstan».
