Akim's administration of Almaly district
Almaly district of Almaty is an administrative and territorial unit in the Central part of the city.It was formed in 1936.The organization provides information and analytical, organizational, legal and material support for the activities of the Akim of Almaly district of Almaty.
Akimat of Alatau district
The district was established by the joint decision № 3/390 dated July 4, 2008 of the akimat of Almaty city and decision №109 dated July 2, 2008 of the XI session of maslikhat of the IV convocation of Almaty city, and is located in the northwest part of Almaty city. There are 23 microdistricts, with a total area of 104.9 square kilometres (15% of the territory of the city), with a population of 326,676 people (14% of the population of the city), 72.3% of which are of indigenous nationality. Communal State Institution "Office of Akim of Alatau district of Almaty" is a state body that provides information and analytical, organizational and legal and logistical support of the activities of Akim of Alatau district of Almaty.
Akimat of Zhetysu district
Zhetysu district is an administrative-territorial unit of the city of Alma-Ata. It was founded in 1936 as Leninsky district. On December 12, 1995, it was renamed Zhetysu. On July 1, 1998, the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the special status of the city of Almaty" was adopted. The law established the legal basis for the special status of the city of Almaty, based on its features as a scientific, cultural, historical, financial and industrial center, which were a guarantee of its further development, by establishing measures of financial, economic and social incentives, the special status of Almaty significantly expanded the powers of the Akimat and Maslikhat of the city. As of January 1, 1998, the territory of Almaty was 23,300 hectares. On October 2, 1998, according to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 29, 1998, 445 hectares from the Ili district were included in the territory of the Zhetysu district. As of January 1, 2000, the territory of Zhetysu district was 5,100 hectares, the permanent population was 141.4 thousand. By a joint decision of the XXV session of the II convocation of the Almaty Maslikhat and Akim of Almaty on June 11, 2003, the settlements attached to the city limits were renamed into the following microdistricts of Zhetysu district: * Karasu village in the "Karasu" microdistrict; * the village is already in the "Ozhet" microdistrict; * the village of Zarya Vostoka in the neighborhood "Zarya Vostoka"; * the village of Krasny Trudovik in the Trudovik microdistrict; * the village of Kurylys in the microdistrict "Kurylysshi". By the joint decision of the XI session of the Maslikhat of Almaty of the fourth convocation of July 2, 2008 No. 109 and the Akimat of Almaty of July 4, 2008 No. 3/490 and in connection with the formation of a new administrative Alatau district, a new border of the Zhetysu district was established. By Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 798 dated April 16, 2014, the territory of Almaty region, Ili district, Pervomaika settlement was attached to Zhetysu district.
Akimat of Turksib district
In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the mission of the communal state institution "Akim's Office of the Turksib district of Almaty city" is defined - information and analytical, organizational, legal and material and technical support of the activities of the akim Turksib district of Almaty city. The tasks of the communal state institution "Akim's Office of the Turksib district of Almaty city" are defined by Articles 35, 38 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 19, 2010 No. 954 "On the system of annual performance assessment central state and local executive bodies of regions, a city of republican significance, the capital ": 1) assistance in the implementation of the Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, regulatory legal acts of central and local state bodies, enterprises, organizations, institutions and citizens located on the territory of the region; 2) assessment of the effectiveness of the activities of civil servants and departments of the municipal state institution "Akim's Office of Turksib district of Almaty city"; 3) implementation of other tasks determined by the district akim.
Akimat of Bostandyk district
In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On local public administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the mission of the communal state institution "Akim's office of Bostandyk district of Almaty city" is defined - information and analytical, organizational, legal and material and technical support of the activities of the akim Bostandyk district of Almaty.
