Omarhan Zhanzhigid Abzalbekovich, born on April 4, 1988, in the village of Ushtobe, Tarbagatai district, in the East Kazakhstan region. He graduated from Shakarim Semipalatinsk State University with a degree in Journalism, Law, Kazakh Humanitarian and Legal Innovation University with a degree in Public and Local Administration, L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University with an academic degree in Social Sciences.
