Department of Culture, Language Development and Archival Affairs of the Abai region

The state institution" Department of culture, language development and archival affairs of Abay region " is a state body of the Republic of Kazakhstan that provides guidance and state support within its competence in the field of culture in Abay region, preservation and development of cultural heritage of the peoples of the region, protection of historical and cultural heritage, expansion of socio-communicative and unifying functions of the state language, preservation of linguistic diversity.

The department carries out its activities in accordance with the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts and other normative legal acts of the president and Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as the regulations of the Department.
