On this day in 1990, the Declaration of State Sovereignty was adopted, establishing important guidelines for Kazakhstan’s future development. This historic decision marked the beginning of a new stage in the formation of our statehood, the strengthening of our independence, and the determination of our own path forward. Today, this holiday gives us an opportunity to reflect on the journey we have taken and to reaffirm how important peace, harmony, and unity are for the future of our country.
Behind every achievement are people, their hard work, initiatives, and commitment to making life better. This is particularly evident at the local level, where the daily efforts of residents, the development of agriculture, the improvement of our communities, and care for the younger generation form the foundation of the well-being of society as a whole.
