Karymsakova Rimma Oserbaevna

Born in 1979. Graduated from the Higher School of Law "Adilet" (lawyer), Kokshetau State University named after Sh.Ualikhanov (Economics and Business)

He has been working in this position since April 2012.

Department functions:

- Management of the department and coordination of work related to the regulation of land, civil law relations, as well as work with law enforcement agencies, the regional department of justice, with central and local executive bodies, other inspection and control bodies, participation in court proceedings;

- coordination of activities and methodological guidance of district, city (regional significance) authorized bodies in the regulation of land relations;

- control over the organization of legal expertise of draft letters, management contracts, as well as public procurement, for the provision of legal assistance and advice to management employees;

- for the preparation and organization of the procedure for approving draft resolutions, decisions and orders of the akimat of the region;

- for the development of programs related to the activities of the office, including the programs of the office for legal explanatory work and anti-corruption; preparation of reports and preparation of reports,

- consideration of appeals of individuals and legal entities on land and other legal relations;

- coordination of issues related to public services provided by the Department for the Organization of Work on the development of draft Regulations for the Provision of Public Services;

- preparation of a report on the work of the Department for Internal Control over the Quality of Public Services provided;

- conducting explanatory events on the procedure for the provision of public services;

- exercise of other powers determined by the head of the department
