Biography
Rizanov Aslan Tortaevich was born in 1978, a native of the village of Leningradskoye in the North Kazakhstan region, is married, has six children. In 2000, he graduated from the Kokshetau University named after Sh.Ualikhanov graduated from the Academy of Financial Police with a degree in economics, in 2002 he graduated from the Academy of Financial Police with a degree in law.
He started his career in 2001. In the period 2001 – 2019, he worked in the state bodies of the Akmola and North Kazakhstan regions. He worked as the head of the department of state and legal work of the Akim's office of the Akmola region.
