Beisembaeva Zhumazhan Anuarbekovna

Born in 1976. Graduated from Kokshetau University of Humanities and Economics (finance and Credit), Kazakhstan Academy of Engineering and Technology (Land Management).

He has been working since May 2005 as a chief specialist of the department, and since August 2013 as a head of the department.

Department functions:

Department management and coordination, drawing up the balance of the region's land based on the data of districts (cities of regional significance) and current reports;

organization of the state land cadastre and land monitoring;

approval of the cadastral (estimated) value of specific land plots sold to private ownership by the state, within the competence; organization of land management and approval of land management projects for the formation of land plots;

organization of development of land zoning projects and programs, projects and schemes for the rational use of land in the region; work with the Automated Information System of the Unified State Register of Lands (Unified State Register of Lands); interaction with central and local executive bodies, specialized state enterprises that conduct land cadastre and other state bodies in the field of land relations;

preparation and submission of reports, development of programs related to the activities of the department, preparation of reports and minutes of meetings of commissions and meetings, consideration of appeals of individuals and legal entities on land and other legal relations;

exercise of other powers determined by the head of the department.
