Biography
Vadim Alexandrovich Marshakov, born on July 06, 1980 in Petropavlovsk
In 2002, he graduated from the North Kazakhstan state University with a degree in metrological engineering. in 2008, he graduated from the Kazakh-Russian University with a degree in law.
Since 2003 worked as an engineer-metrologist of Department of standardization and quality, JSC "munaimash." Since 2004, the leading, chief specialist of Department of Committee for technical regulation and Metrology (GOSSTANDART) of the Ministry of investments and development of Republic of Kazakhstan in North Kazakhstan region. On September 19, 2017, he was appointed head of the Department of the Committee for technical regulation and Metrology (GOSSTANDART) of the Ministry of investment and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the North Kazakhstan region-Deputy chief state inspector of the North Kazakhstan region for state control. On August 21, 2019, he was appointed head of the Department of the Committee for technical regulation and Metrology (GOSSTANDART) of the Ministry of trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the North Kazakhstan region-Deputy chief state inspector of the North Kazakhstan region for state control.
