Biography
Born in 1986 in Aktobe Region. Graduated from L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University with a degree in Standardization, Metrology and Certification and from the Kazakh-Russian International University with a degree in Jurisprudence. In 2026, graduated from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and was awarded a Master’s degree in Digital Public Administration.
Began her career in the technical regulation and metrology system in 2008 as a Lead Specialist of a territorial Department of the Committee for Technical Regulation and Metrology.
From 2010 to 2012 – Chief Specialist of the Department of the Committee for Technical Regulation and Metrology for Aktobe Region.
From 2012 to 2018 – Chief Specialist of the territorial unit of the Committee for Technical Regulation and Metrology in Astana – State Inspector for State Control and Supervision.
From 2018 to 2022 – Chief Expert at the central office of the Committee for Technical Regulation and Metrology.
From 2022 to 2024, worked at the Trade Committee of the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan, holding the positions of Chief Expert and Head of the Trade Regulation Division.
Since 2024, has served as Head of the Department of the Committee for Technical Regulation and Metrology of the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Aktobe Region – Chief State Inspector of Aktobe Region for State Control and Supervision.
