Kabylbekov Kanat

Kanat Kabylbekov was born on February 25, 1984 in South Kazakhstan region.

In 2005 graduated from South Kazakhstan «State University named after M. Auezov» with a degree in State and Local Administration.

In 2019 graduated from the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, specializing in Master of International Economics (direction: International Economics).

He began his career in 2006 through 2008 as a leading specialist, then as an expert of the Public Procurement and Organizational Work Department of the Department of Organizational and Technical Support of the Internal Administration of the Ministry of Economy and Budget Planning of the Republic of Kazakhstan and organizational work of the Department of Organizational and Technical Support of the Department of Internal Administration of the Ministry of Economy and Budget Planning of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From 2008 to 2010 - Chief Expert of the Finance and Public Procurement Division of the Administration Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Protection of Competition (Antimonopoly Agency) and public procurement of the Administration Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Protection of Competition (Antimonopoly Agency).

From 2010 to 2012 – Consultant of the Tax Coordination Department of the Financial Policy Department of the Secretariat of the Customs Union Commission.

From 2012 to 2014 - Consultant of the Tax Policy Division of the Financial Policy Department of the Eurasian Economic Commission.

From 2014 to 2021 - Advisor of the Tax Policy Division of the Financial Policy Department of the Eurasian Economic Commission.

From 2021 to the present, he has worked as the head of the department – the chief state Inspector of the Turkestan region for state control and Supervision of the Department of the Committee for Technical Regulation and Metrology of the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the Turkestan region.
