Biography
Yeszhanov Gaziz Otarbayevich was born on October 3, 1974 in the village of Kalinovka in Kapalsky district of Taldykorgan region of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
He has 2 higher educations: in 2006 he graduated from the Semipalatinsk state University named after Shakarim with a degree in veterinary medicine and in 2014 from the Kazakhstan engineering and pedagogical University of peoples ' friendship with a degree in State and local administration.
He started his career in 2010 as a chief specialist of the state institution "Apparatus of akim of Yerkinsky rural district".
2012-2015 head of the Department of Taldykorgan city territorial inspection of the Committee of veterinary control and supervision of the Ministry of agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2015-2017 head Of the state institution" Sarkan district Department of veterinary medicine";
