Biography
Amandos Akyshevich sabyrbayev was born on August 3, 1964 in Aksu village of Aksu district of Almaty region.
In 1971, he went to high school.Satbayeva was born in the village of Zhansugurov, Aksu district, and graduated in 1981.
In 1981-1983, he studied at the Shymkent cooperative technical school as an accountant. Higher education.
From 1983 to 1985, he served in the Soviet Army.
From 1988 to 1998, he worked as an accountant, Chairman of the People's control Committee, and Director of the Aksu district shopping center in Almaty region.
