Biography
Higher education, graduated from the Aktobe Institute of Business Management and Law "NUR" with a degree in Law.
He began his career in 2001 as a specialist in the department of control of customs regimes, non-tariff regulation and export control of the Customs Department in the Aktobe region. In the period from 2003 to 2008 worked as a senior specialist of the Customs Control Organization Department of the Customs Control Department in the Aktobe region.
In December 2008, he was appointed chief expert of the Customs Control Organization Department of the SRC MF RK. From 2014 to 2018 worked as the chief expert of the Customs Methodology Department of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Since December 2018, he has been holding the position of Deputy Head of the Administration of Customs Procedures and Cleaning Department of the Control Department of the SRC MF RK.
