Biography
Born in 1985, native of Karaganda Region.
Graduated from Karaganda Economic University of Kazpotrebsoyuz with degrees in Law and Economics.
Certified State and International Auditor.
Began his career as an investigator officer of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Karaganda Region, Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Since 2011 has been working in the system of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Held various managerial positions in the State Revenue Department of Karaganda Region.
From 2019 to 2021 served as Deputy Head of the Internal State Audit Department for Turkestan Region, Committee of Internal State Audit, Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Since 2021 – Head of the Legal Service, Committee of Internal State Audit, Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
