Biography
Born in 1965 in the North Kazakhstan region.
Graduated from the Kustanai Agricultural Institute with a degree in economics.
Center for Manager Training at the Plekhanov Russian Academy of Economics, specialist in management, Kokshetau University, Bachelor of Law.
Work Experience
1988 – 1996: Economist, Senior Economist at the S. Mukhanov Soviet Farm, Zhambyl District, North Kazakhstan Region, Kazakhstan;
1999 – 2003: Member, Chairman of the Audit Commission of the North Kazakhstan Regional Maslikhat, Kazakhstan;
2004 – 2021: Deputy Head of the Department of Internal State Audit for North Kazakhstan Region, Committee for Internal State Audit of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2021 – 2023: Head of the Department, Committee for Internal State Audit of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2023 – Present: Head of the Department of Internal State Audit, Committee for Internal State Audit of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
